Job Responsibilities:
1. Basic Knowledge of MM, PP, QM, PM and SD module for end user support.
2. Understanding of business processes related to MDM.
3. Certified in SAP MDM/MDG is a plus.
4. The candidate must have strong critical thinking, solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
5. Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
6. Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
7. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
8. Ability to travel to plant sites.
9. Gather and study business requirements related to SAP processes and provide solutions within SAP MDM and other modules.
10. Prepare functional flow diagrams, and other documentation as required by departmental standards and methodology.
11. Extensive knowledge of Excel and Power point presentation.
12. Linguistic communication in Tamil, English and Hindi is must.
13. Master data management as per SOP and DOA matrix.
