Job Responsibilities:
The role of a Support Regional Key Account Manager is to assist the organizations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition and increase the SOB through existing business. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
▪ Keep prospective client database updated (SOB/Price)
▪ Make cold calls for new business leads
▪ Support in writing new business proposals/ Quotations
▪ Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
▪ Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company and also new technology
▪ Support in timely Coordination with BUs/Plants for Invoice.
▪ Support to AR Team –To manage receivables within defined time frame. No outstanding to be practiced.
▪ Follow-up with customer on Invoice realization. Improvise the existing manual process through collaboration with Finance/BUs/Plants.
▪ Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
▪ Have a Researching mindset to find new opportunities.
▪ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and develop skills
▪ Ensure Execution of development activity of existing and new business in collaboration with Internal stakeholders.
▪ Response to customer on immediate basis on routine work
▪ Plays a key role in Part Price Amendment (as per agreement with customer) of Raw Materials/ BOPs (Bought out parts)
▪ Follow up PO with customer and ensure compliance of PO guidelines.
Customers to Handle:
1. Metallic business account – for Yamaha / TVSM
2. Handle and Support for All Export Customers
3. New 2W -EV customers in West region (Like eBSA, E-Motorad, KINETIC Etc.,)
